Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27,2026

This Privacy Policy describes the guidelines and procedures we follow when collecting, using, and sharing your information during your use of our Service. It also explains your rights regarding data privacy and the legal protections in place for you.

Your personal data is used by us to improve and deliver our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Process Overview

  1. Users submit photos and choose preferred templates.
  2. Based on this data, a copy of the stable diffusion model is retrained to tailor the model to the user.
  3. After retraining the model copy, an avatar is created.
  4. Once the avatar is generated, the model copy and the uploaded photo are permanently erased from our systems. We have set specific restrictions on avatar use in certain cases (for instance, using explicit images or uploading someone else’s photo without permission).
  5. We do not use your personal information to generally train or build separate AI products of our own.

We will make every effort to configure the AI model appropriately. However, you may occasionally encounter content that feels unsuitable. If you see anything offensive or inappropriate, please reach out to us at mrsnapz@blackops007.com. We will respond quickly, and your report will help us improve the algorithm.

Information Collection

  1. Platform Activity Data: We may collect information related to how you use the Platforms, including your clicks, browsing history, downloads, shares, video editing actions, and any other data you provide while using our services. This helps us enable and maintain the core functions of the Platforms.
  2. Device and Log Data: To ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation, improve your experience, deliver advertisements and notifications, and protect your account, we may collect certain device and log details when you access our services. This includes unique device identifiers, GAID, device model, system language, country settings, advertising identifiers, operating system and version, IP address, software version, network access type, network quality metrics, and service logs.
  3. Feedback and Support Data: When you reach out to us with questions or support requests, we collect the information and materials you provide, as well as your contact details (such as phone number and email address). This allows us to respond to your inquiries and offer customer support.
  4. Facial Recognition Data: When you use face-editing or synthesis features, we temporarily detect the position and shape of your facial features to analyze necessary information for processing photos. The resulting renderings are returned to you. We do not store any photos, videos, facial feature data, or renderings, nor do we share them with third parties. This processing is done solely to enable the facial recognition function and deliver better results. If your editing involves someone else’s facial features, you must inform that person and obtain their permission.
  5. Cloud-Based Processing: To provide fast and accurate image and video processing, we may upload the materials or related tags to cloud servers for effect rendering. These uploads are used only for the requested image or video effects. We retain such materials, tags, and related information no longer than necessary, and we do not use them for any other purpose or share them with third parties.

Access Permissions

To deliver a better, more efficient user experience, we may request certain permissions from your device when offering optional services. These permissions will only be requested with your explicit consent, and we adhere strictly to the principle of collecting the minimum data necessary. Below are the types of permissions and associated information we may collect:

  1. Read/Write External Storage Permission – Required to read from and save files to external memory when editing videos.
  2. Camera Permission – Required to take photos or record videos within the app.
  3. Internet Access Permission – Required to access online resources, download materials, and support various network-based features.

The information collected through these permissions is considered sensitive. If you decline a permission, you will only lose access to the specific feature that depends on it; other parts of the app will continue to work normally. You can review the status of each permission at any time through your device’s system settings. You are free to enable or disable any or all permissions as you see fit.

Please understand: enabling a permission means you authorize us to collect and use the corresponding personal information to provide the associated service. Disabling a permission means you withdraw that authorization, and we will stop collecting or using your information under that permission from that point onward. However, turning off a permission does not affect any data collection or use that occurred while the permission was previously enabled.

Analytical Data

We collect and examine usage data to help us improve our Service and provide a better user experience. This information is reviewed in combined form to identify patterns and make product enhancements. We may share these summarized findings with our partners, affiliates, or agents for research, development, or operational objectives. Please be assured that this data is anonymized and does not personally identify you or your end users.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We may use the information you provide, as outlined in this policy, to deliver our services or to stay in touch with you. The following are specific ways we may use your data:

  1. Service Enhancement: Your information helps us develop, operate, and refine our services. By studying how users interact with the platform, we can make ongoing improvements and keep the experience intuitive and effective.
  2. Security Monitoring: We use your information to help protect our services and users. This includes maintaining account and network security, screening uploaded content for potentially illegal material, and supporting prevention efforts as well as customer security needs.
  3. Sending Important Updates: We rely on your information to send you essential notifications, such as changes to your account status or updates to your terms, conditions, or policies.
  4. Legal Compliance: We retain and manage your information as necessary to meet our legal obligations. This may include recording, reviewing, analyzing, or handling your data as required by applicable laws, including in emergency circumstances.

Your Right to Delete Data

While using our app, you retain full authority over your information and can delete stored records whenever you choose. We take your privacy seriously and guarantee that data removal is supported. You can clear your history and other saved information through the app’s settings menu. Additionally, uninstalling the app will automatically erase any data stored locally on your device. Keep in mind that once deleted, this data cannot be restored. If you have any questions about your deletion rights, please contact our support team, and we will be glad to help.

Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies

We and certain third-party services may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies as part of our standard operations. Cookies are small text files saved to your device that help us remember how you interact with our services. These tools support key functions like user authentication, saving your preferences and settings, analyzing site traffic and usage patterns, measuring ad campaign performance, and providing social media features. Web beacons are small software objects placed on pages or in emails that help us understand your engagement with that content.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. You can usually adjust your browser settings to block or remove them if you wish. However, please be aware that disabling cookies may affect certain features and how smoothly our services run.

We use external analytics providers to track traffic and usage patterns. These providers receive information from your device or from our services, such as the pages you visit, add-ons you use, and other data that helps us improve. This analytics data is combined across users and presented in a way that does not reasonably identify any specific individual.

To evaluate ad performance and determine payments to advertising partners, we incorporate third-party modules into our applications. We may also include similar modules to better understand how users engage with our services.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We keep your personal data for a maximum period of 48 months. During and after this period, we may continue to store and use your information as needed to meet legal requirements (for instance, if regulations require us to hold your data longer), handle disputes, or enforce our agreements and policies.

Separately, we maintain Usage Data for internal analysis. This type of information is usually kept for shorter durations, except when it is needed to improve security, enhance service functionality, or comply with longer legal retention obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell any personal information to third parties. Sharing occurs only when necessary to support legitimate business functions.

When required, we may share your personal data with external service providers to help operate and enhance our Services, as well as to carry out other legitimate business activities. For each third party, we assess how they intend to use your information and ensure that appropriate safeguards and processes are in place to protect your data.

Analytics Service Partners

To maintain and improve our products and services, and to offer better content, we integrate partner SDKs or other applications into our software. These SDKs may collect your unique device identifier (AndroidID) to analyze how you use our services, measure performance, and evaluate service effectiveness.

Legal and Protective Disclosures

We will disclose or transfer your information only when required by law, with your consent, or when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  1. comply with any legal request or requirement directed to us or our Platform;
  2. defend our rights or property; or
  3. act in urgent situations to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Business Transfers & Compliance

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information in ways that violate this policy or applicable law. In the event of a merger, spin-off, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require any successor entity to protect your personal information under legal standards no less stringent than those described in this policy.

Data Protection and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. To guard against unauthorized access, disclosure, or other risks, we have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect the data collected when you use our Platform services. We continuously strive to safeguard your personal information.

We regularly review our security policies and update them as needed to align with business developments, technological advances, and legal requirements. These protective measures include, but are not limited to, technical and organizational security protocols, access controls, and employee training.

While we place a high priority on data security, please understand that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data electronically is entirely risk‑free. Although we follow industry‑standard practices to protect your Personal Data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

If we discover a breach that compromises the security of your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements. By using the Platform, you agree to receive such notifications electronically.
